This is Zeke's bed that he sleeps in inside the house. We thought it would be cute to take it outside for a little fun! (It was all his idea. I just agreed to it! :)
Pretending to watch a bird fly by!
Okay Mom, I'm getting a little bored with this!
Happy Thursday from Zeke the Wonderdog!

A peek at my latest addition to my front porch!
I decided to paint an old chest of drawers that used to be in the girl's room years ago. Thought turquoise would be a fun color to use!!
I still have to paint my vintage metal chairs and get a few more decorations! Oh, and I've gotta start decorating for Fall! The weatherman said to look for cooler temps this weekend, so that might help to set the mood!

Looks like another cloudy day here at Happy Acres. But it can always be sunshiney in our hearts!! Thought I would share a few of my pictures of things that make me happy!
Red, green, and yellow always makes me smile!
Cassie the Cow Lamp! One of my faves!
Cake carriers! One can never have enough!!!!
Hope your day is filled with happiness and sunshine!

... there was a little girl named Sandra. Her parents drug her to every antique store and flea market within a 100 mile radius of Glasgow, Ky. where she grew up. Sandra vowed and I quote, "I will NEVER have an antique in my home!" Oh well, some odd years later and many apologies to my husband of 25 years, and I am sure you know how the story ends....I love you John T. for not leaving when I changed my mind.
Not real sure if you can call them antiques, around here it is just known as Moms Junk! Hope y'alls day is wonderful. Here in Bama we have a nip in the air, a sweet blessing from above. Don't ya just love fall? ;)

Haven't a clue what I am doing and I must confess that I even hate to write. But I do love blogs! Especially the pictures! And with the kids slowly leaving the nest one by one I need a place just to jot down the emotions of life. Well here goes, you are most welcome to jump on the wagon and hopefully enjoy the journey.
